Who we are
Got to Work is a small team of recruiters and operators who got tired of seeing good candidates ghosted by ATS systems. We curate a short list of real, open roles and make sure every applicant's resume gets in front of a human.
What we do
- Post open jobs from employers we work with directly.
- Collect resumes through a simple, no-account application.
- Pass strong matches to the hiring team or our recruiting partners within 48 hours.
- Tell applicants where they stand: yes, no, or not yet.
